At times it should be a bit annoying when plowing works are done. I got one suggestion to sort that out.
All you have to do is to clear a section of land in your field; preferably nine spots in a formation. Then make your farmer stand in the middle of the section. Rest is simple, go to the market and set up cheap fences around your farmer. After you have set four fences down you will need to turn two of them. You can click on the fence when it is placed and turn it sideways. This is not black magic, your person will be inside and which helps you to plow and plant quicker.
This works out exceptionally well only when the field is large. Just block his way with any object, he/she will still proceed and grow them well.
